摘要
以过硫酸铵+NH3.H2O为引发体系,通过静电作用成功制成纳米SiO2/聚丙烯酸酯复合乳液。与全丙乳液的性能相比,复合乳液的耐水性、耐热性、耐钙离子性,力学性能都有不同程度的提高,如吸水性下降30.96%,断裂伸长率提高83.3%;紫外线照射500h后,全丙胶膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率下降22.34%和26.67%,而复合乳液仅拉伸强度下降5.54%,断裂伸长率并未下降;仪器分析证明复合乳液中存在纳米级别的二氧化硅。
The nano SiO_2/polyacrylic composite emulsion was synthesized by static electricity effect with the initiative system of KPS+NH_3H_2O.with comparison to polyacrylic emulsion,the composite emulsion is better in performance of resistance to water,heat,UV radiation,Ca^() and also have excellent mechanical performances, the rate of water absorption is decreased by 30.96%, the elongation at is increased by 83.3%.the tensile strength and elongation at break of latex film of acrylic emulsion decreased by 22.34% and 26.67% respectively after 500hr radiation of UV,which of composite emulsion decreased by 5.54% and didn't decrease.The results of instrumental analysis showed that the SiO_2particles in the composite emulsion are at nano scale.
