摘要
将固体超强酸SO42-/ZrO2-Fe3O4负载镧制备出新型催化剂SO42-/ZrO2-Fe3O4/La3+,以冰乙酸和正丁醇的酯化反应作为检测反应,考察了不同制备条件对催化剂性能的影响,并用XRD、TDA等手段对该催化剂进行了表征。实验结果表明较好的制备条件是:5%La(NO3)3溶液浸渍,100℃干燥,600℃焙烧3h所制得的催化剂活性较好,乙酸丁酯转化率达到88%。
A new type of solid superacid catalyst SO_4^(2-)/ZrO^(2-)Fe_3O_4 modified by lanthanum was prepared. The catalytic performance was evaluated by the esterification of acetic acid and n-butanol and the influences of preparation parameters on its catalytic properties were studied. These catalysts were characterized by XRD and TDA. The optimum preparation conditions for the catalyst were:impregnated with 5% La(NO_3)_3 solution, dried at 100, calcinated at 600 for 3h.The yield of butyl acetate was about 88%.
