摘要
应用高效液相色谱法,采用LichrospherRP-8柱,0.075mol/LKH2PO4-乙腈-甲醇1:1:1为流动相,254nm检测,建立了测定利福平胶囊含量的方法,在4~120mg/L范围内,峰面积比与浓度呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9998.样品加样回收率为100.1%,RSD为0.77%.方法较美国药典HPLC法简便、快速,较中国药典方法灵敏、重现性好.
Rifampicin was determined by HPLC on Lichrospher C8 column.The mobile phase employed was a mixture of acetonitrile-KH_2PO_4(0.075 mol/L)-methanol (111) and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.The peak area was linear with the concentration of rifampicin ranged from 4 to 120 mg/L, relative coefficient r was 0.9998. The recovery rate of sample could reach 100.1% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 0.77%. The results showed that the method was simple, rapid and of excellent precision.
