黑龙江省中早熟玉米淀粉积累的动态分析

Analysis on Starch Accumulation of Mid-early Maize Varieties in Heilongjiang Province

本试验针对黑龙江省东部淀粉加工企业常用的四个高淀粉中早熟玉米品种,分析其在授粉后18～63d时淀粉积累动态,探索高淀粉玉米淀粉积累的规律,为种植户提高和稳定玉米淀粉产量及高淀粉玉米育种提供理论依据。研究结果表明各品种在第18～63d的灌浆过程中,淀粉的积累呈上升趋势,而积累的速率呈下降趋势。第18～23d淀粉积累速率最快,第28～48d增长速率较平缓;各品种在授粉后第18～63d,淀粉的积累呈不对称的S曲线,采用了logistic曲线分别得到不同的回归方程,通过相关系数法测验判断回归方程成立。

4 high starch content and early ripenning corn cultivars, which were used commonly by the starch enterprises in the east of Heilongjiang province, were tested to analysis the accumulated performance of starch content [SC] during the stages of 18~63 days after silk and compared with the yield to develop the potentiality of SC in order to propose basic data for the farmers to increase the starch yield stably and for the corn breeders. The test resulted:During the period of 18~63 days after silk the test materials performed increase in SC and decrease in the accumulation rate of starch. The starch accumulate rate was the fastest at the period of 18~23 days and then decreased stable in the stage 28~48 days:During the period of 18~63 days after silk the starch accumulation performed as a “S” curve and a logistic regression equation could be used to describe the law of the starch accumulation.
