摘要
目的通过试验提出氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定车间空气中硒的方法.方法在3mol/L的盐酸介质中利用AFS-2201型双道原子荧光光度计进行实验.结果硒的最低检测限为0.4 ng/ml,回收率为92.7%~99.5%.结论方法简便,快速,结果满意.
Objective To introduce hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometer for determining Se in the air of workshops. [Methods] Experiment was conducted with AFS-2201 type atomic fluorescence spectrometer within the medium of 3 mol/L hydrochloric acid. [Results] The lowest detection limit of Se was 0.4 ng/ml,the recovery rate was 92.7%~99.5%. [Conclusion]This method is simple and rapid with satisfactory result.
