摘要
目的对微量元素在癌组织中的含量进行研究分析,探讨这些元素,在肿瘤发生发展及诊断中的意义。方法收集68例胃癌患者癌组织及癌旁组织(对照组),用原子吸收分光光度法和荧光光度法测定Se、Zn、Cu、Fe、Cd。结果癌组织Se低于癌旁组织,Cu高于癌旁组织差异有显著性(P<0·01和P<0·05);Zn在癌组织内的含量低于癌旁组织,Fe、Cd在癌组织内的含量高于癌旁组织,但差异均无显著性。结论Se、Zn、降低和Cu、Fe升高,可能与癌发生相关,对诊断和鉴别癌症有一定意义。
Objective To study the significance of trace elements in the development and diagnosis of cancer through analyzing the contents of trace elements in the cancer tissues. [Methods] Cancer tissues of 68 carcinoma ventriculi patients and side tissues of the control group were collected; Se、Zn、Cu、Fe、Cd were determined with atomic absorption spectrophotometry and fluorophotometry. [Results] The contents of Se and Zn in the carcinoma tissues were lower than that in the carcinoma side; the contents of Cu, Fe and Cd in the carcinoma tissues were higher than that in the carcinoma side (P<0.01, P<0.05). The difference was not significant. [Conclusion]The decrease of Se and Zn and the increase of Cu and Fe might be related with the attack of cancer, which is significant for the diagnosis.
