Application of B-ultrasonic in Monitoring IUD Fetching for Climacteric Women

目的探讨B超用于绝经期妇女取子宫内避孕器(IUD)监视的价值。方法在B超监视下取IUD200例。结果手术顺利,达到取IUD一次成功100%。结论B超监视下进行绝经期妇女取IUD克服了手术的盲目性和危险性,可以减少损伤,缩短手术时间和减轻受术者心理压力,是一种安全有效值得推广的方法。

Objective To explore the value of applying B-ultrasonic in monitoring IUD fetching for climacteric women. [Methods] 200 cases of IUD fetching were conducted under the monitoring with B-ultrasonic. [Results] The operations were 100% successful. [Conclusion]Applying B-ultrasonic in fetching IUD for the climacteric women overcomes blindness and risks, reduces injuries, shortens the operation period and releases the psychological pressure of the patients. It is a good method worthy of spreading.
