摘要
为解决城市教育设施的空间布局难落实与建设标准难确定的问题,温州市城市教育设施规划修编根据学生的不同年龄段将城市教育设施分成基础教育设施和非基础教育设施,并根据其特点与布局原则进行分析,采取不同策略,建立指标控制体系,构建“二层六系”的规划框架。
To solve the difficulties in spatial arrange-ment of urban educational facilities and in determi-nation of the construction standards,Wenzhou hasdivided its educational facilities into facilities for basiceducation and for non-basic education accordingto different age groups.In addition,it also makesanalysis on the basis of the characteristics andlayout principle,takes different measures and es-tablishes target control system in order to set upa planning framework of 'two layers and sixsystems'.
