干旱河道的生态环境修复模式探索——以滹沱河(石家庄段)生态环境综合治理研究为例

Discussion on the Pattern of Rehabili-tation of the Ecological Environment of Dry Waterways——With the Study of the Ecological Comprehensive Improvement of the Hutuo River(Shijiazhuang Section)as an Example

以滹沱河的自然演变、功能演变、生态退化为起点,从社会学、经济学、生态学等角度对滹沱河(石家庄段)的生态环境进行综合研究。滹沱河干旱及生态退化河流的治理方案为:采用“一线、两岸、三段、六区”的土地利用模式,分段式布设生态堤防,植被的种植采用复层结构,以利于生态的恢复,实现经济效益与生态效益的同步提升。

Based on the natural evolvement,func-tional evolvement and ecological degradation,thepaper makes a comprehensive study on the eco-logical environment of the Hutuo River(ShijiazhaungSection)from the point of view of sociology,economics,and ecology.It proposes a plan for theimprovement of the draught and the ecological deg-radation of the Hutuo River as follows:with the landuse pattern of 'one line,two banks,three sectionsand six districts',it is proposed to adopt the mode ofsubsection to build a ecological embankment anduse repeated layer structure in plantation of veg-etation so as to restore the ecology and increasethe economic benefits and production benefits.
