提高病证结合诊疗水平的探讨

Exploration in Improving the Level of Diagnosis and Treatment of Integration Diseases and Syndrome

文章首先揭示了在临床中,病证结合被广泛应用;然在证的标准化、客观化研究中,存在病证孤立研究的现状。基于此,文章深入分析了病与证的相关性,提出应从宏观和微观两方面弄清二者之间的关系,以提高病证结合的诊疗水平。同时,提出应建立方剂对病证的疗效评价标准,以使中医临床疗效的确切性和治愈率得以充分肯定和体现。

At first, the article explained the integration disease with syndrome was applied in clinic widely, but in standard and impersonal research of syndrome, the disease and syndrome were usually studied alone. Based on it, the article analyzed the correlation of disease and syndrome, put forward that we should understand its relationship from macro and micro two aspects in order to improve its diagnosis and treatment level. At the same time, the article also put forward that we should establish the evaluative standard on prescription to diseases' curative effect, only that could we make the therapeutic effect and curable rate of TCM to be affirm and display adequately.
