调心方剂对兔主动脉内皮细胞分泌IL-11影响的研究

目的:观察调心方剂参附注射液、生脉注射液、加减复方丹参注射液对内皮细胞分泌IL-11的影响。方法:取家兔主动脉内皮细胞培养,成活后于第2～3代细胞中分别加入上述方药,第6天取培养上清液用ELISA法检测IL-11。结果:发现调心方剂能促进内皮细胞分泌IL-11。结论:心系处方能影响兔主动脉内皮细胞分泌造血生长因子,具有间接的生血作用。中医血液生成理论认为心主血脉且能生血,其中脉当指血管。内皮细胞作为血管的一部分,调心方剂所具有的促进其生成造血生长因子的作用,为进一步揭示中医“心生血”理论提供了线索。

Objective:To study the effection which endothelial cell secrete IL-11 by these adjust heart function formulas including Shen Fu Injection、Sheng Mai Injection and Jia Jian Fu Fang Dan Shen Injection.Methods:Culture endothelial cell of rabbit's aorta.Inject these prescriptions to 2～3generation cultured endothelial cell.After 6 days,take limpid cultured liquid to inspect IL-11 by ELISA.Results:All these formulas can promote the endothelial cell cultured in vitro to secrete IL-11.Conclusion:According Traditional Chinese medicine theory,the Heart controls blood and blood vessels can produce blood.The endothelial cell is one part o the blood vessel and the formulas can affect it to secrete hemopoietic growth factor.These provide a clue to demonstrate the TCM theory of Heart produces blood.
