摘要
目的:建立精泰来颗粒定量标准;方法:高效液相色谱法;C18柱(150mm×4.6mm·5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(20∶80),流速:1mL·min-1,检测波长230nm,柱温:室温;结果:芍药苷在0.6648~3.9888μg间呈良好的线性关系,γ=0.9997,加样回收率为97.7%,RSD=1.93%(n=6),三批样品含芍药苷分别为0.108%、0.184%、0.265%,平均为0.186%;结论:高效液相色谱法测定精泰来颗粒中的芍药苷含量,具有操作简单、准确的优点,可作为该制剂的含量测定方法。
Objective:The purpose is to develop a sensitive and specific PR-HPLC assay for determination of paeoniflorin in Jing Tai Lai granule.Methods:Separation was performed on a Hypersil C_(18) column while the thermostat was set at room temperature.The mobile phase consists of acetonitrile:H_2O (20:80,v/v).The flow rate was 1mL/min.The UV detection wavelength was set at 230nm.Results:The relationship between response and the concentration of paeoniflorin was linear well in the range of 0.6648~3.9888μg with the correlation coefficient of 0.999,the average recovery was 97.7%,and the RSD was 1.93% (n=6).The contents of paeoniflorin were 0.108%,0.184%,0.265% in three batch of sample product respectively,and the average content of paeoniflorin was 0.186%.Conclusion:The HPLC method was simple,sensitive and specific.It can be applied to the determination of paeoniflorin in this preparation.
