活血方治疗慢性胃炎临床疗效分析

Clinical Observation on Huo Xue Fang for the Chronic Stomach Inflammation

目的:探讨活血祛瘀法为主治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:运用活血祛瘀,行气止痛治法,自拟活血方治疗慢性胃炎并进行疗效观察,中药治疗组108例,对照组101例。结果:治疗组治愈11例,显效12例,有效53例,总有效率70%;对照组治愈5例,显效5例,有效40例,总有效率49.5%。两组比较,中药治疗组的效果显著。结论:活血祛瘀,行气止痛的活血方是治疗慢性胃炎的良方之一。

Objective:to observe the clinical effect of huo xue fang for chronic stomach inflammation.Method:209 patients were divided into the treatment group(n=108)and controlled group (n=101).Patients in the treatment group have taken huo xue fang.And those in the controlled group have taken the ma ding lin and jin quan wei yan jiao nang.The treatment has been performed for 60 days.Result:The total clinical effect of the treatment group is better than that of the controlled group.Conclusion:huo xue fang is one of the good method to cure the chronic stomach inflammation.
