摘要
目的:建立复方感冒灵片中对乙酰氨基酚的高效液相检测法。方法:色谱柱为HypersilODS2(5um,4.6mm×200mm),流动相为甲醇-水(35∶65),流速为0.8mL/min,检测波长为249nm。结果:对乙酰氨基酚的保留时间为4.448min。在160~400μg/mL浓度范围内,对乙酰氨基酚的浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(γ=0.9998),平均回收率为99.89%,RSD为0.23%。结论:用高效液相色谱法测定对乙酰氨基酚的含量,有简便、准确、灵敏度高的优点,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective:To develop a method for analysis of paracetamol in Fu Fang Gan Mao Lin tablets by high performance liquid chromatography.Methods:Separation was obtained by using a Hypersil ODS2(5um,4.6mm×200mm).The mobile phase consisted of a mixture of methanol-water(35∶65) and the flow rate was 0.8mL/min.The determination wave length was 249nm.Results:The retention times of paracetamol was 4.448 min.A linear relationship was obtained between the peak area and the concentration of paracetamol from 160 to 400μg·mL^(-1).The average recoveries of paracetamol was 99.89%,with RSD of 0.23%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and sensitive and can be used in determination of paracetamol in Fu Fang Gan Mao Lin tablets.
