摘要 目的评价UF-100尿沉渣分析仪与相差显微镜在血尿来源鉴别中的价值。方法选取肾病内科住院病人血尿患者102人,分别用UF-100尿沉渣分析仪与相差显微镜检查分析尿液中红细胞的相关参数。结果对于血尿来源,UF-100尿沉渣分析仪检查的敏感性(93.1%)高于相差显微镜检查的敏感性(83.3%),P<0.05;而相差显微镜检查的特异性(80.0%)高于UF-100尿沉渣分析仪检查的特异性(53.3%),P<0.05。结论UF-100尿沉渣分析仪与相差显微镜结合使用是血尿来源鉴别的最好策略。 Objective To evaluate the clinical usefulness of UF-100 and phase-contrast microscopy examination of urinary sedimentation in identification of the origin of hematuria. Methods Urinary samples from 102 inpatients with kidney disease were examined by UF-100 and phase-contrast microscopy respectively. Results The sensitivity of identification of origin UF-100 was 93.1%, which was significantly higher than that 83.3% of the phase-contrast microscopy (P< 0.05 ); while the speciality of UF-100 was only 53.3% that was significantly lower than that 80.0% of the phase-contrast microscopy (P<0.05). Conclusion Supplementary UF-100 and phase-contrast microscopy for the localization of the origin of hematuria raise the sensitivity and specificity.
