综合康复疗法治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy on Acute Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的观察综合康复疗法对急性腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法将109例急性腰椎间盘患者随机分为常规组54例和综合康复治疗组55例。治疗时间为3疗程。1疗程为10d,治疗后进行疗效评定。结果综合治疗组与常规治疗组优良率分别为85.5%和75.9%。综合康复治疗组可明显缩短治疗时间,治疗后3d疼痛有明显减轻,活动能力改善。结论综合治疗对急性腰椎间盘突出症有较好临床疗效。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on acute lumbar disc herniation. Method One hundred and nine cases of acute lumbar disc herniation were divided into the comprehensinve rehabilitation treatment group with 55 cases and the traditional treatment group with 54 cases.The period of treatment was three course, each course of treatment consisted 10 days. The therapeutic effect was assessed after the treatment. Result The effective rate of the comprehensive rehabilitation treatment group and the traditional group were 85.5% and 75.9% respectively.The comprehensive rehabilitation treatment can shorten the period of the treatmend and relieve the pain more rapidly. Condusion The comprehensive rehabilitation treatment has preferable clinical curative effect on acute lumbar disc herniation.
