经颅多普勒和脑电图对短暂性脑缺血发作患者的临床应用

Clinical Application of Transcranial Doppler Imaging and Electroencephalography in Patients with Transient Ischemic Attack

目的探讨经颅多普勒和脑电图对短暂性脑缺血发作患者的临床应用价值。方法采用彩色经颅多普勒超声检查仪(TranscranialDoppler,TCD)和脑电图仪(Electroencephalography,EEG)对85例短暂性脑缺血(Transientischemicattack,TIA)患者和60名正常对照组进行检测,并对检查结果进行分析。结果TIA组TCD和EEG结果与对照组比较有统计学意义,TCD异常率为77.7%,EEG异常率为68.2%,经χ2检验异常率无明显差异。结论TCD检查对TIA诊断具有较高的敏感性,结合TCD和EEG检查有助于TIA的诊断。

Objective To explore the clinical value of Transcranial Doppler Imaging and Electroencephalography in patients with transient ischemic attack. Methods TCD and EEG were performed in 85 patients with TIA,and the results were analyzed and compared with sixty normal subjects. Results The results of TCD and EEG showed significant difference between the patients with TIA and normal control subjects. The abnormality rate of TCD in patients group was 77.7%,and EEG was 68.2%,there showed no significant difference between TCD and EEG. Conclusion TCD is sensitive in diagnostic work-up for patients with suspected TIA. supplementation of TCD and EEG might enhance the value in diagnostic work-up in patients with TIA.
