国产GnRH-a(丙氨瑞林)在IVF-ET促超排卵中的应用 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨国产促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(gonadotrophinreleasinghormoneagonist,GnRH-a)药物丙氨瑞林(原名为阿拉瑞林)在体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)促超排卵中的应用。方法对30例使用丙氨瑞林长方案降调节与国产尿促性腺激素(HMG)联合促超排卵的IVF-ET周期病历资料进行回顾性分析。结果30例患者临床妊娠率为36.7%,受精率为83.00%。丙氨瑞林与HMG联合促超排卵在获卵数、受精率、优质胚胎数、绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)日内膜厚度、临床妊娠率等方面都有令人满意的结果。结论丙氨瑞林与HMG联合促超排卵是一种简单、经济、有效的控制性促排卵方案。
