摘要 目的探讨参与式教学方法在预防医学中的应用及效果。方法随机选取本人任教的同一年级同一专业进度的两个教学班级,并随机分为实验班与对照班,实验班用参与式分组教学方法,对照班采用传统讲授法,教学时数与教学内容按国家教学计划安排。在完成一学期的教学后,比较两个班级在学习兴趣、学习成绩及综合分析能力等方面的差异。结果实验班在学习兴趣及综合分析能力等方面均高于对照班。结论参与式教学方法在提高学生学习兴趣及实践能力方面优于传统讲授教学方法。 Objective To explore the effects and application of participation teaching method in preventive medicine classes. Method Randomly selected two classes in the same grade with the same major instructor. The experimental class received the participation teaching methed, and the other with traditional teaching method. Teaching hours and contents were arranged according to the national teaching guides. After accomplishing the first term's contents, the differences of two classes in study interest, scores, integrated analysis capacity were compared. Result The study interests and integrated analysis capacity of the experimental class was much better than that in the traditional teaching class. Conclusion Participation teaching method is superior to the traditional method in improving students'study interests and practical ability.
