Admitting new party members among college students is one of the most important jobs in party building in a new time. The job should adhere to the principle of mobilizing, discovering, cultivating and developing in an early period. A strict recommendation of excellent league members for the Party by the organization is very important. Subsequent education of the probationary members of the Party should insist on such systems as organizing party activities, perfecting the reception of Party members and wearing Party badge.
