政党政治是现代国家政治生活中最重要的因素之一,是现代政府运作中的主角。政党政治为现代政府运行提供了合法性途径。政党进入政府扩大了政治参与范围,有助于政府运作的改革。由于政党之间利益的纠纷以及政党与政府在职能分工的逻辑起点上存在着冲突,这样,政党政治对于政府运作的影响并不全是积极的。

The political party, which plays the main role in the modern government administration, is one of the most important factors of the political life in modern countries. It provides a legal means for the modern government administrations. The introduction of political parties into the government organization enlarges the scope of its political participation with conducive effects upon the reformation of the government administration. Yet, the political party has not always exerted positive influence upon the government administration due to the conflicts between different political parties as well as the controversy at the logical starting point of the individual functioning of the political party and the government.
