摘要
企业制度化管理成效可通过企业成员对制度的服从态度及行为表现体现出来。制度潜能与制度执行力对企业制度化管理成效具有重大影响,提高制度潜能,增强制度执行力,促进企业制度化管理与文化管理的有机结合是提高制度化管理成效的根本途径。
A company's effectiveness of regime management is decided by it members' attitude of obedience to the regime and their corresponding behavior. Enhancing the regime potentiality and implementation power, combining regime management with cultural management will be the fundamental way to improve the effectiveness of regime management.
