摘要
自定义伺服算法的嵌入,可满足对伺服系统驱动性能的特定要求,进一步提高基于TurboPMAC数控系统的开放性能。描述了TurboPMAC多轴运动控制器的开放伺服特点、关键计算功能、算法建立流程和嵌入方法,以并联机床开放式数控系统中的直线电机伺服控制为例,说明用户自定义伺服算法的设计方法。
The embedding of user-defined servo algorithm can comply with the specific requests of servo driving system, and improve the openness of NC system based on Turbo PMAC. In this paper, it describes the characters of open servo, key function of calculation, processing flow of building servo algorithm and method of embedding servo algorithm. By taking the control of linear motor used in the open NC system for parallel machine tools as example, the design method of user-defined servo algorithm is illustrated distinctly.
