摘要
介绍了选配日本FANUC0i-MateM系列数控系统的数控机床或加工中心实现主轴定向的几种简便实用的电气设计方案。针对机床结构的不同进行分类叙述,介绍了关键PMC程序的编制及其运作过程,关键参数的设置,其数控功能的实现和一些需要注意的相关连接。从而做到快捷、有效地实现主轴定向机能。
FANUC Oi-Mate M series CNC are applied to the electric-designs of the spindle-directing of the CNC machine tool or machining center.It discusses the subjects respectively based on the configuration of the machine tool. Programming of the key of PMC and its working process, setting and meaning of the main parameters, the realization of its CNC function and the related connection are introduced .And it satisfies and achieves the spindle-directing function rapidly.
