摘要
研究了等离子喷涂单一MoSi2涂层在不同的热处理工艺条件下发生的变化,结果表明650℃保温1h,试样出现粉化现象,750℃保温1h试样背面出现Mo的氧化物晶体,这为自愈合现象的存在提供了前提条件,对研究热障涂层中MoSi2的作用机理有一定指导意义。
Changes of MoSi_2 Coatings by Plasma Spraying at different heat tre ating conditions are studied. The results show that the coating is pulverized consistent with 'Pesting' phenomenon and during the course of one hour at 650 . Oxide crystal of molybdenum appear on the back of the coating during the course of one hour at 750 , consistent with self-cicatrization.
