摘要
总结了膨润土的矿物学特性及其独有的工艺特性,首次提出了将膨润土用于磨料射流切割中浆料的配制,并进行了相关的可行性试验研究。试验表明:用膨润土作为添加剂配制的浆料,完全可替代高分子化合物,是磨料浆体射流浆料配制中添加剂的一个发展方向。
The paper sums up the mineralogy character and particular processing property of bentonite. The technique about the suspension confection in abrasive suspension jet by bentonite is first put forward along with correlative feasibility test. The results indicate that bentonite may be the additive instead of macromolecule compound totally, and it is a direction of the additive in suspension confection.
