摘要
目的了解肥胖儿童的细胞免疫功能状态。方法2002年4月~2003年10月,共采集我院肥胖专科门诊儿童和青少年的单纯性肥胖患儿47例,其中男30例,女17例,平均年龄(11.4±2.2)岁;同期随机抽取37名正常体重学生的健康自愿者作为对照组,其中男16例,女21例,平均年龄(13.4±1.0)岁。采集肘部静脉血,采用流式细胞仪进行T淋巴细胞的亚群分析。结果肥胖组的T淋巴细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+、CD8+和CD4+/CD8+与对照组相比,差异均无显著性(均P>0.05);且CD3+、CD4+、CD8+和CD4+/CD8+与肥胖程度无相关性(r分别为-0.012、-0.102、0.139、-0.103,均P>0.1)。正常组CD3+、CD4+、CD8+和CD4+/CD8+与体重也无相关性(r分别为-0.223、-0.076、-0.190、-0.072,均P>0.1)。结论肥胖患儿T淋巴细胞亚群的免疫功能无减退现象。
Objective To understand the function of immunologically competent cell in obese children and adolescents. Methods The plasms T- lymphocyte subsets of 84 children and adolescents(47 obese and 37 normal, 46 boys and 38 girls) were examined, including CD3+, CD4+, and CD8+ T-lymphocyte cells. Results The plasma T-lymphocyte subsets count percent of 47 obese children and adolescents had not statistical significance compare with the normal group(P > 0.05), and the value of CD3+, CD4+,CD8+ and the rate of CD4+/CD8+ apart were not correlated with the obesity degree(r = -0.012, -0.102, 0.139, and -0.103, P > 0.1). Conclusion No functional impairment of T-lymphocytes immunity exists in obese children and adolescents.
