摘要
目的探讨脑膜瘤术后的1HMRS表现及其临床意义。方法收集52例脑膜瘤病例,于术后7天、30天、3个月行增强MRI和1HMRS检查,分析各种代谢物的变化。结果在术后反应性强化组中,各代谢物与正常组织相比均无明显差异(P>0.05)。在残留和复发的脑膜瘤中,各种代谢物术后不同时间、不同区域与正常组织相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论1HMRS与增强MRI结合能提高对脑膜瘤术后反应性损伤与残留及复发鉴别诊断的准确性。
Objective To evaluate the role of 1H -MRS in the differential diagnosis of residual/recurrent meningioma from non-neoplastic lesions. Methods Fifty-two patients with meningioma were collected. All patients underwent enhanced MRI and 1H -MRS respectively on the 7th, 30th day and 3rd month after the operation. Multivoxel proton MRS was performed on Toshiba ExcelART TM 1.5T and diversified metabolite peaks were measured among different time and regions. Results No significant difference was found in the metabolic ratios of reactive enhanced region in different regions and time. NAA/Cho, NAA/Cr, Cho/ Cr, Ala, Glu, Lip and Lac showed significant difference in different regions and time after the operation in residual/recurrent meningioma (P<0.05). Conclusion ~1H -MRS combined with enhanced MRI can improve diagnostic accuracy of differentiating residual/recurrent meningioma from non-neoplastic lesions.
