摘要 目的:探讨小型内固定系统在胫骨平台骨折治疗中的应用及临床效果评价。方法:胫骨平台骨折36例,男25例,女11例;年龄18~65岁,平均41.5岁。行小型内固定系统治疗,按Schatzker骨折分类,根据不同的类型分别采用排状螺钉、关节周围钢板、抗滑钢板以及外侧支撑钢板联合前内侧抗滑固定。结果:36例全部获得6~26个月随访(平均14个月)。按Lysholm膝关节功能评分,优良32例(88.9%),可3例,差1例。结论:切开复位小型内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折,固定牢靠,有利于早期功能锻炼,促进关节功能恢复,且可减少软组织的并发症。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical outcome of application of small fragment internal fixation in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures.Methods:Thirty-six patients(male 25 cases,female 11 cases;ages ranged from 18 to 65 years,with an average of 41.5)with tibial plateau fracture were operated with small fragment internal fixation.According to Schatzkers classification of fracture,all patients were treated with different fixation methods such as raft screws,periarticular plate and antiglide plate,etc.Results:All 36 patients were followed-up regularly for an average of 14 months(ranged from 6 to 26 months).According to Lysholms evaluation of knee joint function,thirty-two of the patients had satisfactory functional outcome,fair 3,poor 1.Conclusion:Open reduction and small fragment internal fixation is an ideal management of tibial plateau fracture.It can effectively maintain reduction and reduce the complications of the soft tissues.
