摘要 目的:探讨COX2,PGs在宫颈上皮内瘤样变(CIN)和宫颈癌的表达及意义.方法:采用RTPCR、免疫组化SP法检测COX2在各20例正常、炎性、CIN组织和40例不同分期宫颈癌组织的表达;RIA法测量各组血浆中的PGs含量.结果:COX2在正常宫颈组织无表达,炎性及CIN组织表达增加,癌组织表达明显增加(P<0.01);PGs在正常组血中存在,炎性与CIN组含量增高,宫颈癌组含量明显增高(P<0.01).结论:COX2,PGs均参与宫颈炎CIN宫颈癌的演变,COX2可能通过调节PGs的水平促进癌的发生、发展. AIM: To investigate the expression of COX-2 and PGs in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and cervical carcinoma and to study the possible relationship in carcinogenesis. METHODS: Tissue and blood samples were harvested respectively from 20 normal, inflammation, CIN women and 40 cervical carcinoma women. The expression of COX-2 was detected by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry S-P method, and the PGs levels were detected by RIA. RESULTS: The overall positive expression of COX-2 and the level of PGs were higher in inflammation, CIN and cervical carcinoma than those in normal cervix (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: COX-2 and PGs may be involved in the development of inflammatory-CIN-carcinoma and COX-2 accelerates the progress of the tumor by regulating the level of PGs.
