P53和NM23/NDPK在非小细胞肺癌中表达的意义

摘要 目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中P53与NM23/NDPK表达的相关性及其临床意义。方法:采用S-P免疫组化染色技术,检测69例NSCLC中P53及NM23/NDPK的表达情况。结果:P53及NM23/NDPK的表达与患者的生存率有关(P<0.05),P53与NM23/NDPK的表达和肺癌淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.01)。结论:P53和NM23/NDPK的表达在NSCLC淋巴结转移中起协同作用。联合检测NSCL中P53及NM23/NDPK的表达对于判断预后和指导治疗具有一定的临床价值。 Objective This study was designed to investigate the expression of P53 and NM23/NDPK in non-small-cell lung cancer NSCLC. Methods The expression of P53 and NM23/NDPK were detected by S-P immunohistochemical methods in 69 NSCLC patients. Results P53 and NM23/NDPK expressions were correlated with lymph node metastasis in NSCLCP < 0.01. The survival rate in patients was correlated P53 and NM23/NDPK expressions P < 0.05. Conclusion Combined detection of expression of P53 and NM23/NDPK in NSCLC may have practical value in prognosis of the NSCLC patients.
