摘要
目的探讨早期康复训练结合电针疗法对脑缺血损伤的疗效及其可能机制。方法采用线栓法制备大鼠脑缺血模型,观察早期康复训练结合电针治疗对脑缺血大鼠缺血脑组织形态结构、血清IL-6含量以及海马区IL-1表达的影响,并与单纯电针治疗比较。结果早期康复训练结合电针治疗与单纯电针疗法均显著改善缺血后脑组织病理结构变化,显著降低脑缺血损伤后血清IL-6含量,促进海马区IL-1的释放,而早期康复训练结合电针治疗效应更强。结论早期康复训练结合电针治疗能降低大鼠脑缺血损伤,促进机体康复,提高生存质量。
Objective To study the effects and the mechanism of electric acupuncture therapy with early rehabilitation training on cerebral ischemic injury. Methods Forty Wistar rats were randomized into 4 groups: normal control group without any treatment, ischemic model group, electric acupuncture therapy group and electric acupuncture therapy with rehabilitation training group. Except the normal control group, all rats were established into cerebral ischemic models. In 4 weeks after the operation, the morphological changes of ischemic zone, the serum level of IL6 and the expression of IL1 in hippocampus of sarcrificed rats were observed and detected. Results The combined therapy could significantly ameliorate the pathologic changes of cerebral ischemic zone, decrease the serum level of IL6 and enhance the release of IL1 in hippocampus. Conclusion The combined therapy, by enhancing the release of IL1 and decreasing the serum level of IL6, can decrease the damage of the cerebral ischemia, accelerate the rehabilitation and reinforce the living quality.
