Nanometer technique and neurobiological mono-molecular surgery

摘要 原子力显微镜分子成像和纳米操纵技术在生物医学中具有广阔的应用前景。目前“分子解剖和手术”技术在生物医学中的主要应用有:基因分析、染色体和细胞膜蛋白分析、蛋白质和核酸聚合分析、干细胞定向分化等领域。我们认为,神经生物单分子手术将为我们在分子水平研究神经疾病病理改变机制和进行基因、蛋白质改性调控,治疗目前神经系统的疑难疾病,开辟新的领域。 Atomic force microscope molecular imaging and nanometer manipulation will be widely applied on biomedicine. Now the application of 'the molecular anatomy and operation' in the field of biomedicine includes: gene anal ysis, chromosome and membrane protein analysis, protein and nucleic acid sequenc e analysis, stem cell oriented differentiation. We think that neurobiological mo no-molecule surgery will give a new method to study the mechanisms of neurodisea ses and gene, protein regulation to deal with neurological difficulties.
