摘要
目的探讨高温高湿环境下犬火器伤脑组织在纳米水平病理改变,建立原子力显微镜(AFM)组织切片测定实验技术方法。方法应用AFM测定犬脑组织火器伤切片。结果可见神经细胞轴突断裂,神经细胞膜完整性丧失,周边锯齿状改变,神经胶质细胞肿胀或崩解明显。结论AFM可以在纳米尺度对病理切片进行量化观测,是临床病理诊断的新方法。
Objective To discuss the pathologic changes of dog br ain tissue at the nanometer scale after craniocerebral firearm injury under hot and humid environment, and establish the experimental technique of atomic force microscope (AFM) to examine the histologic section. Methods The histopatho logic section of dog brain tissue following craniocerebral firearm injury were d etected with AFM. Results The neurons were showed to have axonotmesis, inc omplete membrane and peripheral serration change and neurogliocytes swollen and disintegrated. Conclusion AFM can detect histopathologic slice in quantiza tion at the nanometer scale, which is a new method of clinic pathological diagno sis.
