摘要
自觉减少睡眠时间现象是现代社会日益突出的特点。以往大多数研究针对的是短期内完全不睡眠,而不是在一个阶段内的把每天的睡眠时间限制在低于正常的水平上。已有的关于睡眠限制的研究提示,它会对机体的神经行为机能、生理、生化、代谢和内分泌等功能造成显著影响,还可能与糖尿病、心脏病、肥胖症等的发生相关。
Sleep loss due to voluntary bedtime curtailment has become a hallmark of modern society. Previous studies mainly aim at total sleep depriv ation during a short period instead of restricting sleep time every day on a lev el shorter than normal. Researches about sleep restriction indicate that it can affect neurobehavioral, physiological, biochemical, metabolic and endocrine func tion and probably correlate with diabetes, heart disease, and obesity, etc.
