电能质量监测系统方案探讨

Basic consideration and proposal for power quality monitoring system

针对我国目前电能质量的实际情况,根据多年来接触国外电能质量监测系统相关的技术信息及与国际电能质量专家的多层面交流,就建立一套先进而高效的电能质量监测分析系统的定位、基本架构及所涉及的电能质量专用数据库、电能质量交换数据格式、通信方式及有关基于局域网/广域网传输的在线监测设备等方面,进行一些有益的探讨。

Based on the national practicality status concerning the power quality,author is trying to introduce some concept of how to set up an advance system approach to power quality monitoring and analyzing for performance assessment based on their information and project practice in past few years. The objective of PQMS, the basic configuration and database consideration as well as data format, web-based monitor of PQMS will be also discussed in details in this paper.
