Analysis and Improvement on Extremely High Oil Temperature of Hydraulic Pressure System of Feeder in Coal Discharging System

在介绍推车机液压系统的组成和工作原理的基础上,对其存在的液压系统油温过高的问题进行了分析,提出了改进方法。改进后的液压系统不仅性能稳定,发热量小,而且达到了原设计的要求。

This article introduces the hydraulic pressure oil system of feeder in coal discharging system and investigated the issue that oil temperature is always extremely high.Owing to the improvement measure’s being put forward,the amended oil system not only gives a low heat rise but also performs well.Now,this hydraulic pressure oil system can work well on condition that design standard being achieved and satisfied.
