食用油脂中DNA高效快速提取方法及实时荧光PCR检测技术的研究

Effective and fast method for extracting DNA from edible oils and detection by Real-Time PCR

针对食用油脂中提取高纯度和高得率DNA比较难的问题,通过与CTAB法比较研究,并用改良的试剂盒法从食用油脂中高效快速提取到了高纯度和高浓度的DNA,并用实时荧光PCR技术成功地检测出了食用油脂中的内源基因和外源基因。

As it is difficult to obtain high purification and output DNA of edible oils,high pure GMO sample preparation kit is used after optimizing,comparing with CTAB method,and the endogenesis and extragenesis in the edible oils is detected successfully by Real-Time PCR.
