摘要
背景与目的:探讨宫颈癌Ⅱb患者术中大剂量放疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和白细胞介素-2(Interleukin-2,IL-2)水平的变化。材料与方法:对61例宫颈癌Ⅱb患者(其中28例行术中放疗,33例行单纯放疗)在放疗前后,分别用流式细胞技术和放射免疫分析法检测患者T淋巴细胞亚群水平(包括CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8)和白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平的变化。并与20例正常人作对照。结果:放疗后,单纯放疗组和术中放疗组间CD4、CD4/CD8、IL-2差异有统计学意义,单纯放疗组明显低于术中放疗组。结论:术中大剂量放疗对宫颈癌Ⅱb患者免疫系统的影响较轻,有利于机体的恢复。
BACKGROUND&AIM: To explore peripheral blood T-lymphocyte subsets and interleukin-2(IL-2)level in patients with cervical cancer inⅡ b stage before and after intraoperation radiation therapy(IROT). MATERIAL AND METHODS: Before and after radiotherapy,the T-lymphocyte subsets and IL-2were measured in61patients with cervical cancer inⅡ b stage,including28patients with IROT and31ones with simple radiotherapy(SR),and contrasting to20normal controls by using flow cytometry and radio immune assay. RESULTS: After radiotherapy,the radio CD 4 ,CD 4 /CD 8 and IL-2with IROT were significantly higher than those with SR. CONCLUSION: The influence of IROT on immunity of patients with cervical cancer inⅡ b stage was lighter than that of SR.So,IROT contribute to recovery after radiotherapy.
