摘要
针对8位单片机最大寻址空间只有64K的状况,介绍了一种用“页地址”扩展单片机寻址空间的方法,并通过实例描述了采用CPLD进行扩展寻址空间的逻辑和电路实现,最后介绍对扩展寻址空间内数据进行组织和访问的过程。该方法可扩展大容量的寻址空间,不占用I/O口资源,并且电路实现和编程简单,升级方便。
Aiming at the status that the biggest address space of 8-bit MCU is 64K,this paper introduces a method of 8-bit MCU extending address space by ″page address″, and an instance describes the realization of logic and circuit by using CPLD.The process of the data organizing and accessing is introduced.Using this method,large address space can be achieved while I/O is not occupied,and the circuit is simple and can be upgraded easily.
