摘要 【目的】探讨3ml/s的对比剂注射流率下胰腺多层螺旋CT扫描胰腺实质的最佳扫描时相。【方法】随机选取胰腺正常的病人55例,以3ml/s的对比剂注射流率注射对比剂,行胰腺同层动态螺旋CT增强扫描,得出胰腺实质强化的时间-密度曲线,找出每个病人胰腺的强化峰值及达到峰值的时间,计算出平均值。【结果】胰腺的强化峰值为76Hu,达到峰值的时间为44s。【结论】在3ml/s的对比剂注射流率下,胰腺实质最佳强化期在43~49s,多层螺旋CT胰腺实质期延迟时间定为43s较佳。 [Objective]To investigate the optimal temporal window for pancreatic MSCT scanning with intravenous injection of contrast mediun at rate of 3 ml/s. [Methods]Total 55 patients with normal pancreas were selected at random. Single-level serial dynamic CT scanning with intravenous injection of contrast mediun at rate of 3ml/s was performed at the level where the pancreas was best demonstrated. The time-density curves of pancreas enhancement were made according to the mean values. The peak enhancement and the time to reach peak enhancement of pancreas of each individual patient were picked out, the mean values were calculated.[Results]The peak enhancement of pancreas and the time to reach its peak enhancement were 76Hu at 44 seconds.[Conclusion]The temporal window of pancreatic optimal enhancement phase is approximately at 43~49 seconds with intravenous injection of contrast mediun at rate of 3ml/s,and the delay time of the temporal window for pancreatic MSCT scanning is optimally selected at 43 seconds.
