肠镜在肠梗阻病因和部位诊断中的作用探讨

The Role of Colonic Fibroscopy in Diagnosis of the Bowel Obstruction

【目的】了解结肠镜在肠梗阻病因诊断中的应用价值。【方法】2000年6月至2004年6月间,对43例部位和原因不明的肠梗阻进行电子肠镜检查,以判断肠梗阻的部位和病因。【结果】结肠镜检查结果与手术结果比较发现,33例结直肠梗阻者中有31例明确了梗阻病因和梗阻部位,仅2例出现梗阻部位判断错误;10例小肠梗阻者,结肠镜检查可以帮助排除结直肠梗阻。【结论】结肠镜检查在发现肠梗阻病因和部位的诊断过程中具有十分重要的应用价值。

[Objective]To show the role of colonic fibroscopy in diagnosis of bowel obstruction.[Methods]From Jun, 2000 to Jun, 2004, 43 cases of bowel obstruction were admitted for the examination of colonic fibroscopy. The causes and sites of obstruction were judged by the fibroscopy.[Results]In 31 cases of colorectal obstruction the definitive diagnosis was made by using the fibroscopy. Only 2 cases were misdiagnosed in the sites of obstructive colon. The sites of obstruction were diagnosed by fibroscopy in 10 cases of small intestinal obstruction.[Conclusion]The colonic fibroscopic examination has an important value in diagnosis of the bowel obstruction.
