睫状环阻塞性青光眼的治疗探讨

Management of malignant glaucoma

目的探讨睫状环阻塞性青光眼的治疗及其效果。方法对10例(10眼)睫状环阻塞性青光眼中的5眼行常规处理,另5眼常规处理无效,进行手术治疗。均采用小切口白内障囊外摘出、后房人工晶状体植入并联合小梁切除术。结果10例睫状环阻塞性青光眼前房恢复,视力改善,眼压控制。结论睫状环阻塞性青光眼常规处理疗效欠佳者,小切口白内障囊外摘出后房人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术可获良好效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of different treatment for malignant glaucoma. Methods 10 eyes of 10 cases were investigated,5 eyes were treated with traditional methods,and extracapsular cataract extraction combined with intraocular lens implantation,trabecul ectomy were used on another 5 eyes. Results In all cases,anterior chamber depth and IOP became normal.Visual acuity became better. Conclusions Surgical method is an effective treatment for malignant glaucoma which connot be cured with traditional methods.
