粒度对陶瓷粉体介电损耗及微波加热性能的影响 被引量:2

The effect of particle size on dielectric constant and microwave heating performance of ceramic powder

摘要 微波加热与传统加热不同,微波加热是向被加热物质内部辐射微波电磁波,推动偶极子运动,使之相互碰撞、摩擦而生热,是通过电磁场中介质损耗而引起的体加热,因此加热性能取决于物质的介质损耗。本文将通过对碳酸钙和石英两种陶瓷粉体的研究来探讨其粒度对粉体介电损耗及微波加热性能的影响。 Microwave heating, which is different from traditional heating,radiates microwave electromagnetic field to heat material, thus to promote dipole′s moving and make them collide and rub mutually It is a tridimensional heating and lies on its dielectric constant. In this paper, calcium carbonate and quartz, two kind of ceramic powder, are selected to research how their particle size effect the dielectric constant and the microwave heating performance.
