微波介质陶瓷的研究现状及其粉末合成方法 被引量:3

摘要 微波介质陶瓷作为微波介质滤波器、微波介质谐振器及微波介质振荡器的重要材料,是现代通信技术中关键基础材料,它的研究越来越受到人们的重视。本文综述了目前微波介质陶瓷的主要三种结构体系,并且介绍了微波介质陶瓷的国内外研究现状,粉体的制备以及存在的问题和未来发展趋势。 Microwave dielectric ceramics,as the microwave dielectric filters, microwave dielectric resonators and microwave dielectric oscillators, is the material for telecommunication. Their research is becoming more and more impormant. In this paper, the main three structure system in microwave dielectric ceramics is summarized. Furthermore, the research situation at home and abroad, synthesis method of powder and future progress trend have been introduced.
