论心阻抗图胸围理论中的理论错误

AN ARGUMENT AGAINST THE THEORETICAL ERROR OF CHEST CIRCUMFERENCE IN CARDIIO-IMPEDANCE

本文分析了心阻抗图胸围理论的立论依据、公式推导过程及其所得出的相应结论中的错误，并将它与目前国内外通用的Ｎｙｂｏｅｒ理论和Ｋｕｂｉｃｅｋ公式进行了比较。指出：在临床应用方面，胸围公式的可靠性、准确性和简便性，皆劣于Ｋｕｂｉｃｅｋ公式；而在理论的科学性、合理性和严谨性方面，胸围理论是对Ｎｙｂｏｅｒ理论的一种倒退。

Theessay analyses the basis of the theory of the chest circumference in thecardio-impedance,the processes of the formula reasoning and the errors of the edrresponding conclusions drawn from the reasoning and compares the theory with Nyboer theory presently being used internationally and domestically and Kubicek formula,It points out the reliability and accuracy of the formula of the chest circumference is inferior to Kubicek formula in clinical application。The theory of the chest circumference is a theoretical reverse to Nyboer theory in its reasonableness,correctness and strictness。
