用驻极体治疗狗股骨骨析的研究及作用机理的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 聚氟化乙丙烯(FEP)驻极体与髓内钉结合制成驻极体FEP—髓内钉。将体重6kg左右幼年狗的股骨在麻醉后横向截断,用上述髓内钉作骨髓腔内接骨。实验结果表明,这种髓内钉有促进骨折愈合的作用,而且,驻极体FEP生物相容性较好。 The FEP electret was integrated with stainless steel nail to make up the FEP intramedullar nail The femurs of the infant dogs weighing about 6 Kg werecrossly cut after anaesthesia and then reducted by the FEP intramedullar nail.The experimental result showed that this kind of nail could accelerat the healingof fracture,and the FEP electret had an excellent biological compatibility。
