我院2000年～2003年口服降糖药应用分析

Analysis of the Use of Oral Hypoglycemic agents in Shenzhenbuji People's Hospital During the Period 2000～2003

目的了解我院口服降糖药应用情况。方法对我院2000年～2003年口服降糖药的用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)及每日药费进行统计分析。结果格列本脲、二甲双胍DDDs排序位于前2位;格列喹酮用药金额与DDDs同步性较好;格列本脲、二甲双胍每日药费较低,格列喹酮价格适中,罗格列酮属价格较高品种。结论我院口服降糖药应用基本合理,临床医师与药师应根据药物的适应症、作用特点、安全性、价格因素等为患者合理选用药物。

Objective To study the used of the Oral Hypoglycemic agents in my hospital. Methods To make a statistic analysis of the Oral Hypoglycemic agents used in my hospital during the period 2000～2003 with the sum of money, DDDs and daily cost. Results Glibenclamide and metformin occupied first two places in DDDs. The sum of money and DDDs of gliquidone was synchronous. Daily cost of glibenclamide and metformin was low, and gliquidone was medium and rosiglitazone was expensive. Conclusions The use of the Oral Hypoglycemic in my hospital was reasonable. The clinical physicians and pharmacists should suggest rational use of drugs according application, characteristic, safety and price of drugs.
