摘要
本文以全光谱紫外线3、6、9MED累积3次照射和12MED1次照射豚鼠皮肤,动态观察照射后皮肤反应和皮肤组织形态学变化。结果表明,紫外线照射后引起皮肤不同程度的红斑反应,组织形态学观察呈急性炎症反应,照射剂量越大,炎症反应越明显,恢复时间越长。
The certain area of guinea pig’s epidermis were exposed three times
underthe whole-spectrum ultraviolet radiation (UVR)with three doses of 3,6, 9 MED
respective-ly;and one time with the dose of l2 MED in another group.Thereaction of epidermis
and thetime course morphological changes were observed. The results show that UVR can
cause epi-dermic erythema in different degree, which occurred to be acute inflammation
morphologi-cally;and the higher the dose of UVR,the more serious inflammatory reaction
appeared,sothat the longer recovering time is needed.
