The article introduce the basic characteristic of the free Patents Information Retrieval System of the Official Internet Website of SIPO(State Intellectual Property Office of PRC),USPTO(United States Patent and Trademark Office),and give a full comparison in their information search method,search result listing,legal status judgement of patent,etc.
